Govt. Degree college Panarsa, established in June 2015, has been opened with the sole purpose to fulfill the aspirations and opening up new vistas of knowledge for the youth and especially the girls for whom college education was a mere dream before and now they have access to knowledge at their doorstep. At present, the college offers a graduate program in Arts and commerce.
